- Eligibility for Refund
Clients are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:
- Condition 1: If the client downloaded the digital product after the job application deadline has passed, a full refund will be issued.
- Condition 2: If the client experiences technical difficulties preventing them from downloading the digital product from Global Visa Sponsors’ server and can provide evidence of this issue, a full refund will be issued.
- Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests made after this 7-day period will not be honored.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- The client changes their mind after downloading the product.
- The client fails to contact us or provide proof of the stated issues within the 7-day window.
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team through our website contact form or email with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your order details and any relevant information to support your claim.
- Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
